Along with Bohemian Crystal, Prague's marionettes are the most widely found souvenirs
in Old Town gift shops. Made by Czech artists, these beautifully crafted puppets (if
we're allowed to use that term) make an attractive gift for young and old alike, being
available in either plaster or wooden forms. Prices start at around 40 EUR, going all
the way up to more than 600 EUR for one-off creations.

scented soaps, creams, essential oils, candles, and shampoo, along with herbal teas, flavored vinegars and cooking oils made from organic ingredients.
Founded by a British botanist and Czech husband/wife team, Botanicus is a business that
derives all of its products from an organic garden complex (located to the northeast of
Prague). And, such has been their success that, since 1996, over ten shops have opened in
and around Prague, along with those in overseas territories such as Germany and Japan. Well-worth a
look!
