Prague Hotels - Making your Online Reservation
As a one-stop shop for Prague hotels and travel reservations, our site features over 100 centrally located partner hotels. We also guarantee that our Hot Rate Hotels* are the best prices available online. So, if you find a lower rate on another website for the same room, at the same Prague hotel, on the same dates, within 24 hours of making your booking with us, we guarantee you that we'll match it PLUS pay you 10% of the difference in price.
What's more, our Live Help system is staffed by experts who are knowledgeable about accommodation in Prague. Therefore, as well as receiving friendly service and specially negotiated room rates, we're able to offer advice and guidance on any aspect of your forthcoming trip!
To make a reservation online, simply select from our "showcase" of Prague hotels and then enter your reservation criteria (i.e. dates, number of guests, room type etc.). Our system will then search for the most appropriate and competitive room rates, after which you can use our secure booking form to make your reservation. In addition, we've recently introduced our "Custom Trip" fare finder. So take advantage of specially negotiated discounts and save yourself money by booking Prague hotels and flights together!
If you prefer to speak with a customer service representative, then call our worldwide travel reservations centre on: +1 972-894-1173 (World Wide Direct). Within USA or Canada call Toll Free on: 1-888-254-0637. Ensure you give Promo Code 5010 when calling to book your hotel in Prague!
Just as soon as we receive full details about your stay, you'll receive instant booking confirmation by e-mail. In most cases, you pay only a small service fee now (approx. $1.50-$3.50 USD per night) and settle your accommodation bill when checking-out (excludes "Hot Rate" or "Advanced Purchase" deals at selected Prague hotels).
Of course, when booking hotels through Talking Cities, your security and privacy are of the utmost importance to us. With this in mind, we've put together a Help Section that includes FAQs and background on our website, so you can book online in complete confidence!!

Choosing Prague Hotels - Where to Stay...
For those who instinctively plump for three-star accommodation or higher, staying in Prague can prove expensive, especially as the city is widely regarded as a "top ten" city break destination for both European and North American travellers. And, though genuine bargains do exist on the Internet (with newspapers and travel agents also carrying frequent special offers) Prague's best hotels, especially in and around the Old Town Square (Staroměstké náměstí) carry a price premium all year round.
Fortunately, in comparison to other Central European capitals, Prague has a large choice of modern hotels. So, if you're flexible on dates, or willing to make use of the city's excellent public transport network, quality lodging slightly further afield can save you a small fortune.
Prague's most luxurious hotels are owned by well-known international chains such as InterContinental, Sofitel, Radisson, Accor, Hilton and Marriott. As such, services and facilities in these establishments reflect the high standards of their Western European counterparts. Cheaper alternatives - which include pensions - usually offer comparable room sizes and comfort levels, with the added benefit of more personalised service (although by and large, they will have fewer "luxury" amenities such as a fitness centre and swimming pool). Of course, if you're on a really tight budget, then cheap but clean two star hotels/guest house accommodation will suit most needs, with hostels offering the most inexpensive lodging option of all.
An address in Staré Město (Old Town) is the place to be if you plan to hit Prague's sights just as soon as you arrive, with hotels such as the Four Seasons Prague, InterContinental, U Prince and Casa Marcello enjoying the added benefit of being near Staroměstská metro and/or the busy transport hub of Náměstí Republiky. Elsewhere, in Nové Město (New Town), the Ambassador Zlata Husa is delightfully situated on Wenceslas Square, while in Malá Strana you'll find a wide-range of hotels including the Best Western Kinsky Garden, Waldstein and well-priced Residence Malá Strana.
After deciding where in Prague you'd like to stay, our guide makes choosing accommodation easy. Each entry carries a brief description of the hotel, pension etc, while multi-language booking (for most properties) allows you to make an online reservation. Where the option to book is given, all such transactions are conducted over a secure server, using the very latest encryption technology.
Suffice to say, four and five star Prague hotels have a bathroom, telephone, TV, radio, mini bar and are usually air-conditioned. Three star Prague hotels have at least one restaurant and a bar, while the majority of budget Prague hotels will have their own shower or bath. Rooms in hostels/guest houses will have wash basins along with hot and cold running water. Many of the hotels listed in this guide also have their own car parks (for which a daily tariff of around $10 USD is usually charged).
Of course, whichever method you choose, booking early is essential in Prague, especially during high season!
