Having successfully restored a 600 year old building in the heart of Prague, the Swedish owners of the Rezidence Lundborg set about developing it into a business/upmarket tourist hotel with a difference.

As well as installing a jacuzzi, high-speed Internet connection (free of charge) and computer into each suite, they also feature snazzy multimedia TVs, air-conditioning, a Hi-Fi stereo, safe, kitchen and living room. Ranging in size from 30 sqm (for a Junior Suite), all the way through to 79 sqm and 140 sqm (the Imperial Suite) most feature an extra sofa-bed, while Family and Executive suites can sleep 5 and 3 people respectively.

Conference rooms are also wired up for IT seminars (and other business functions), while hotel facilities include a bar/restaurant, wine cellar, 24hr reception, private tours, transfers/taxi/minibus service, sightseeing tours and excursions, massage, cosmetic/health care treatments, newspapers, secretarial services and laundry service.
