Highly rated by users of TripAdvisor (the consumer-driven travel website), the Art Nouveau style Hotel Union is a good value three-star property with 50 guest rooms and 7 apartments. Each come fully equipped with a hair dryer, direct-dial telephone, colour TV (with SAT channels) radio and mini-bar, with a choice of single, double and triple rooms available.

The property's reception desk offers a range of services including safe deposit, currency exchange, gifs/souvenirs and the sale of public transportation tickets. On site parking is also available to guests (free of charge), while other amenities include a restaurant offering Czech and international cuisine, a cocktail lounge with draft beer and a wine bar serving Moravian vintage selections.

Renovated in 1992, the Union stands under the Old Prague Vyšehrad Castle and enjoys good links into the very heart of Prague. Indeed, there's a tram stop right next to the hotel, with lines 7, 18, 24 and night lines 53 and 55 all serving the downtown Prague area. All in all a very well-maintained hotel.
