If location and value for money and are all important, then the Boardwalk Hotel and Casino may well be an ideal choice. Situated along the Las Vegas Strip, the Boardwalk is found between Bellagio and Monte Carlo, and just across from Paris, Aladdin and MGM.

With a friendly, intimate and welcoming atmosphere, guest rooms feature all of the amenities that you'd expect from a Las Vegas Strip hotel including air-conditioning, black out curtains (for daytime rest) and pay-per-view movies.

Lower Tower Rooms offer views of the Strip, along with easy access to the casino, in-house shopping and restaurants, while the most breathtaking are found on floors 9-16 (designated as "Tower View").

Alternatively, rooms in the 6-story Steeplechase building are connected to the casino, restaurants and shopping areas, while Luna Park Rooms are found in a separate 4-story building. Offering the benefit of convenient drive up parking and exterior corridors, east facing rooms have views of the Boardwalk's swimming pools and wedding gazebo. Those facing west are closest to parking areas and boast mountain views.

Also available are Premiere Suites in the 16 story Tower which include a wet bar, refrigerator and spacious sleeping/living areas. As well as one or two bedroom suites, mini-suites can also be reserved, while special bar and hors d'oeuvres packages are available from room service around-the-clock.

A well-equipped casino offers everything from "Video Wheel of Fortune" to "Winning Bid" and "1,000,000 Pyramid" along with a wide-selection of slots including quarter and dollar games.

As far as the tables are concerned, low minimums and lessons in the basics of 21, craps, and other popular games make the Boardwalk great for novices, while the casino offers 5 times odds on Craps.

Five eateries provide an excellent selection of meal choices, with the Coney Island beach themed "Surf Buffet" providing the only 24-hour buffet on the Strip! Alternatively, "The Deli" is the place to head for food specials, including some of the best Philly on the Strip.

Also on site, you'll find two pools, speciality shops, parking for over 1,100 vehicles, the "Lighthouse Lounge" and "Boardwalk Las Vegas" (where pop concerts from the likes of U2 and Paul McCartney can be seen).
