Globe Museum (Globenmuseum)

The Globe museum was founded in 1956 and is the only one of its kind in the world. Visitors are able to view a collection of over 300 globes and other scientific instruments, most of which are elaborately decorated and a joy to behold. In addition, a good number of both celestial (solar) and terrestrial (earth) globes date back more than 200 hundred years.
