"The Ramada
Budapest is often overlooked by visitors to Budapest, though it's well-situated in
what is becoming an increasingly fashionable part of town. Moreover, excellent transport connections
mean that getting to both the city centre (10 minutes) and Ferihegy airport (30 minutes)
is straightforward.
Recently renovated, fully air-conditioned
guest rooms are equipped
with interactive, satellite & pay TV, a mini-bar and safe (which are large enough for
laptops). The only downside, is that many rooms are smallish in size, though if you manage
to bag a bargain rate, this is unlikely to be a deal-breaker.
In addition, the hotel has non-smoking floors and rooms specially adapted for disabled
travellers, while other facilities include the 42nd Street Bistro Bar (serving light meals/cocktails
and the pleasant Courtyard
Restaurant with its fine selection of International dishes. In addition, you'll find a fully
equipped, modern fitness room, sauna and on-site garage parking.
All in all, a decent budget choice, especially
if you manage to secure a discount rate online".
