"Located along the banks of the Soroksári Duna (a branch of the
main river which curves around Csepel Island), the Botel Hotel Lisa provides 3-star
accommodation by way of 31 twin bedrooms, with the option of an extra bed in 17 of them.
All come air-conditioned, with amenities that include an en-suite
shower and WC, colour TV, direct-dial telephone and mini-bar.
Elsewhere on the ship, you'll find a restaurant (serving Hungarian
and international dishes), a large 200m2 terrace and function room, plus services which
include airport transfers, theatre ticket booking, closed parking and a 24hr concierge.
For visitors on a budget, the Botel Hotel Lisa
is worthy of consideration, though you may find that any savings made on the room rate are
negated by the cost
of taxis travelling from the city centre (public transport options are available, though
somewhat convoluted).
Still, for the more intrepid traveller, it's a
unique, albeit left of field choice that's arguably more interesting than some
run-of-the-mill 3-star hotels downtown.
